After signing up and picking a plan, go to My Websites in your dashboard, click the AI Builder button, and describe your business. The AI will generate a complete website that you can then customize with the drag-and-drop editor.
In your dashboard, go to your website settings and click Connect Domain. Enter your domain name and we will provide the DNS records you need to update at your registrar. SSL is provisioned automatically once DNS is verified.
Yes. You can search for and register a new domain directly through your dashboard. The domain will be automatically connected to your website.
Go to your website details in the dashboard and click Upgrade Package. The price difference is prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.
You can cancel anytime from your website settings page. Your site stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be billed again.
Every plan includes e-commerce. You can add products, manage orders, and accept payments through your website. Transaction fees vary by plan — Starter has a 3% fee, Pro has 1%, and Agency has 0%.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Logged-in customers can create support tickets from the Help section in the dashboard. You can also reach us via the contact page. We typically respond within 24 hours.
